I get a lot of people still want to stick with manpower for roleplay or maybe they think it is the best, but honestly, I feel like it shouldn't be USSR's doctrine of choice. ![]() GB impacts all units, so it makes it a good idea to focus on rocket artillery(as they have better breakthrough than regular artillery, but better soft attack than infantry ofc), and some tanks(not as many as Mobile probably, and especially because of the army limitations I've noted for the USSR). This is the well-rounded general purpose set of naval doctrines that most substantial navies used. But sometimes multiplayer games ban strat bombers and you have to replace them with tactical bombers. Tactical Bombers are just worse cas and worse strats. Starting off with my least recommended doctrine it is the operational integrity air doctrine. GB kinda wants division with decent breakthrough, as it's second to breakthrough bonuses to only Mobile Warfare, but that only impacts armored units.
